Our 24 hour secured complex also offers parking for boats, campers and motorcycle trailers. Indulge in our delicious poolside snack bar that offers anything from hamburgers and sandwiches to beer and wine. The conference/banquet room holds up to 100 people for meetings or private parties. The Beach service provides lounge chair and umbrella rentals as well as dolphin tours, banana boat rides and wave runner rentals. Regency Towers is also walking distance to the Bay Town Trolley, which takes you to almost any spot in Panama City Beach. We have some of the largest units on the Gulf Coast. These include washers/dryers, kitchens, living room/dining room combinations, private gulf-front balconies and more. Must be 25 or older to check in. A USD 100 damage waiver fee will be collected at check-in from any guest under 25. The fee is refundable at check-out in the form of a check upon inspection of the unit. Guests over 25 are exempt. Fees collected at check-in include- 1 bdrm USD 89.20, 2 bdrm USD 105.45, and a one time USD 32.00 resort fee. Spring Break groups include a USD 100.00 security deposit fee for guests ranging from 21-24 years old.
